Since the summer fod program is no longer being held
at this location, the question arises if this church kitchen requires a license. Churches can have up to 52 events a year
where food is sold without requiring a food license for the kitchen provided that the profits go back into the ministry. The
kitchen is used currently as both a food pantry and for caterers to plate up and serve their already prepared food. These uses
would not require a license. Think it over and decide if keeping the license is what the church wants to do.
